Good

Disliked: Lack f crockery, glasses and mugs.

Good value for money.

Liked: Very big & roomy. Quiet room well off the road.Helpful Reception staff.
Disliked: Needs a lick of paint and the gardens attended to.

Liked: Nice friendly welcoming Spacious room and bathroom and good value for money ( nearly $50 cheaper to a similar room we cancelled in another town ) Car parking excellent to our room and complimentary biscuits. Nice pressure shower
Disliked: Poor entrance signs. Yard, pool and surrounds have the potential to be attractive but need attention. Even a sweep of leaves etc outside our door makes it more appealing. Lack of power points and cutlery and shower door in our unit was difficult to operate

Spacious room and great for...

Liked: I like the spacious room and nice shower in the bathroom. Plenty of hangers and big fridge. Enough toilet papers for three nights. We were be able to walk out to the backyard to see lake easily. We were there for our work so it was sufficient. They had extra pillows and blanket ( only one more, but there were 3 beds!)
Disliked: Entrance of the hotel was a bit neglected and needs more attention. Also backyard was a bit dry. I wished they had a bit of more lighting options in the room for example a few bedside lamps. We were 3 but only two glasses in the cupboard and not enough face wash and hand towels, only one each was provided. Only two milk for coffee...not 3. It was a room with 3 beds. I needed to ask the lady who who was cleaning the room on the 2 nd day to give me extra towels. Overall, all signage faded in colours and looks everything need a bit of more love and some new fresh look in my opinion.

Liked: The room was large and the parking was free and right outside the door to our room. The room and bathroom appeared clean. There would have been a nice view of the lake but the curtains were broken and would not open.
Disliked: The drive in entrance was very unkempt. The room smelt very heavily of cigarettes. The matress looked like it had been washed away down river during the floods, brought back and dried and put back on the bed. It was brown, disintegrated and moldy on top and we were scared to sleep on it. However, we had had a long day at a funeral and were very tired. The pillows had a horrible smell and we could not use them. The matress was extremely lumpy and hard and i woke up in pain. My partner and i both woke up with bites from some sort of bug. I should have slept on the couch instead.The ad mentioned a pool but the staff did not mention it and we did not see it.
