Pleasant

Sufficient for a quick stay

Disliked: The couch, carpet and kettle were old and stained which just overall didn't give a nice or welcoming feeling to the room.

Room very dated.

Liked: Reasonably clean.
Disliked: Room was very dated. Drapes weren't on tracks. Tap in bathroom dripped. Smoke alarm was missing.

Liked: Clean room, good bed. Nice outside setting and view.
Disliked: Cigarette butts not cleaned up outside the back sitting area.

Decent rooms, good for price

Liked: The rooms were relatively clean but there is no after hours number for emergencies. I went to go outside and the back door locked itself behind me, I couldn’t get back inside or contact anyone for help. Reception was also late to open that morning so I had to wait even longer to get back into my room. However the family who owns it seem nice, and the booking experience was simple.

In need of TLC

Liked: Property definitely needs some TLC and maintenance.The room was for 4 people, but all the tea,coffee,glasses, and plates were only for one. When the reception was contacted for extras, we were told that "the tourists keep taking things". The only thing for us was the location, as we attended a function not far away.
