Liked: Nice pool with spa. Gym and steam room. Very close to town and beach while also a unique location with river views
Disliked: Recycling ability was confusing and inconvenient

Disliked: Was very dusty in the room. Bed bugs in the bed. Woke up with bites on the face. Puffy eyes. Tiles needed to be cleaned deeply cleaned properly Not a great experience. I demand a refund as it was truly horrible

Disliked: One staff member from France was so arrogant and rude, the wifi didn’t work and I asked for his help since he works there and should understand how it work. (At least I thought) he just kept thinking I was trying to chromecast and bluntly said after a two minute conversation “what do you want me to do about that?” I was absolutely dumbfounded when part of the purchase agreement is free wifi, I finally managed for him to come up to my room to fix it, the wifi connected to the intranet and not the internet. I just couldn’t be bothered trying to explain it to him again since it would fall on deaf ears.

Liked: Great location. Easy walk to beach and shopping. Lots of eating places within walking distance.
Disliked: Would have liked air conditioner in bedroom. Not keen on a shower over the bathtub.
