Liked: The bathroom was mouldy the cupboard was dusty the couch was dirty and the furniture was damaged the the kitchen utensils are not good the pool was dirty

Disliked: Room was not cleaned well. Sand all over the floor & balcony. Tweezers left on shelf, no tea towel to wipe dishes, aircon remote needed new batteries couldn't see control panel. Curtains dirty & terrible pillows

Disliked: My stay in gold coast was very good I enjoyed it ... the only thing I want to complain about the reception of the Irish girl , that because I didn't understand what she said she got angry ... she has very bad manners and I think she doesn't enjoy her work ... if I could talk to a manager I can explain more ...
