Liked: It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The guy that runs the place is a pretty cool guy as well. The bathroom is beautiful and the beds are comfy and it was clean. Cleanliness is big deal for myself and it was clean
Disliked: They just need a hose area to rinse sand off of yourself when you get back from the beach. That’s all

The bathroom was really nice!...

Liked: Great location to the boardwalk. The bathroom was very nice! The room was clean and had a refrigerator and stove top.
Disliked: I wish we were given a room overlooking the pool - we were put all the way up in a dark corner of the hotel (the worst location of the hotel lol). Our beds were extremely noisy. Any movement caused loud creaking.

Not bad for the price...

Liked: We liked that the motel was close to the boardwalk and beach.
Disliked: The room had a distasteful odor, kind of similar to rotting trash. The pool is very small, no where to really sit. The “parking lot” is a tight squeeze and should not be considered as “hotel parking” depending on the size of your vehicle.

Liked: Location was convenient (right by beach/boardwalk).
Disliked: Patio seemed crammed (people sitting on top of each other)

Great stay for the right...

Liked: The property was clean and tidy and the staff were very gracious and friendly. While the rooms are not lavish affairs, they do fit the bill for what you basically need. You’re at the beach to enjoy the area, not hang in your room. Beds were fine and the room space, while on the smaller side, fit four adult sized people with no issues. The bathroom was newley remodeled and the shower was amazing. The pool was also lovely and clean and was very enjoyable during our stay. Extremely convenient location - easy walking distance to the boardwalk and some restaurants and shops. The area in general, while close to other hotels, was not loud or sketchy in any way. We enjoyed our stay and the convenience of location very much!
Disliked: The hotel has no control over this, so I don’t mention this as a negative, just as a heads up for any future guests. The parking lot is on the smaller side and therefore parking can be tight for overly long or oversized vehicles. We were able to get in and out without any trouble and the hotel does offer parking passes to display in your window if you need to park on the street.

Clean and updated but parking...

Liked: Close to boardwalk and piers. Rooms were very clean and updated. Bed was okay as far as comfort.
Disliked: The parking situation wasn’t the best. There is a small parking lot with about 10 spots and everyone else has to park on the street. Tbe hotel does provide a free pass but it was a pain to have to walk back and forth to get things.

It was my first time...

Liked: The room was very clean and the decor was lovely. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I inquired about places to eat and things to do in the area. We received a cute welcome bag with a couple of water bottles and snacks which was unexpected and a nice touch.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was a pedestal sink so there was no room for my make up or brushes while I was getting ready. Shelving of some kind would be appreciated/helpful.The parking lot was small and full by the time I arrived. They did give you a parking pass to park on the street in the "meter" parking but due to a concert happening that weekend, we did have to park quite far which was a disappointment. But all in all, we would stay there again.
