The Spotlight on Paradise Hills Winery Resort & Spa

Rustic Wine Country Escape with a Musical Twist

Set in the North Georgia mountains, Paradise Hills Winery Resort & Spa blends rustic charm with upscale comfort. Just 28 miles from live shows at Helen Festhalle, this scenic resort in Blairsville offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills, and fresh mountain air. With cozy cabin-style accommodations, a full-service spa, and its very own winery, it's a perfect home base for music lovers looking to unwind before and after the show.

Why Concert-goers love it

Paradise Hills is far enough from the crowds to enjoy true tranquility, but close enough for an easy drive to nearby concert venues like Helen Festhalle and other regional music events. After the show, kick back in the hot tub under the stars or relax in your private cabin with mountain views. With a flexible 1:00 AM check-out, you’ll get all the rest you need after a late night. The peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect post-concert recovery zone.

Who this Hotel is great for

- Groups of friends looking for a shared cabin in a scenic spot
- Solo travelers chasing bucket-list shows and mountain vibes
- Couples making a romantic weekend of music and wine
- Fans who want a quiet, restful space after the concert
- Budget-conscious music lovers seeking value with added charm

Food and Drink Options

While there's no 24/7 room service, the on-site winery and tasting room offers a cozy spot to relax before or after a show. Many cabins have kitchenettes or full kitchens, perfect for late-night bites. BBQ facilities are also available if you’re in the mood to grill. Breakfast isn’t explicitly offered, but with your own coffee maker and fridge, you can plan a laid-back morning meal at your own pace.

Nightlife Options

This resort is more about relaxed evenings than high-energy nightlife. Sip local wines by the fire pit or enjoy stargazing on your private deck. For more action, Helen’s bars and music spots are just a short drive away.

What People Say

Guests rave about the beautiful mountain setting, quiet, romantic vibe, and clean, comfortable cabins. The on-site winery and spa are major highlights, along with the friendly and accommodating staff. Visitors also love the spacious layouts and well-equipped kitchens, making it easy to feel at home.

Areas for Improvement

The peaceful setting means you’ll need to drive to nearby venues or restaurants—this isn’t a walkable location. Some guests mention that cellular service can be spotty, but WiFi is reliable. Late-night dining options are limited, so plan ahead if you're coming back hungry from a show.

The Bottom Line

Paradise Hills Winery Resort & Spa is the perfect post-concert hideaway for fans who want mountain serenity, wine-country charm, and a restful space after a night of live music.

Dont stay there, go to a hotel

Liked: Not much to like.
Disliked: Cabin was cold and dumpy. There is no Wifi and no TV services. The only bed was in a loft with a treacherous wooden staicase. The heating system was electric space heaters & it was extremely hot when they were on but cold & drafty when you turned them off. We left and went to the Comfort Inn.
