For the most part, a...

Liked: Great location, within walking distance of a transit center, Heavenly Village, grocery stores, and restaurants. The room was comfortable with a bed that was just right.
Disliked: A working AC/fan would have improved my stay, especially during the hotter part of the week, and the wifi was unreliable.

For the price, I did...

Liked: The woman managing the motel was super friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make you feel like family. I must say it was very clean. Bed was comfortable. TV worked.
Disliked: Where do I begin. It looked like 1950's motels. The pictures on line are the opposite of what you'll find. The motel is sorely outdated, furniture is shabby, damaged, and stained. It took more than 10 minutes of letting the water run before I got any warm to hot water for a shower. Many bathroom tiles were cracked and loose. I was able to get coffee in the morning but no breakfast.

Liked: Too dirty & smelly to even stay in it! Non refundable (so far) booking caused us to lose entire amount!
Disliked: Dirty room smelled like baby diapers!

Liked: The motel is in a great location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Everything is as described.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the photos seem to be a bit outdated. Even though the descriptions are accurate, the motel didn't seem very clean to me and smelled a bit.

Motel in South Lake Tahoe

Liked: Great location and pleasant, helpful lady in reception.Room had refrigerator, microwave and air conditioner.
Disliked: Old motel needs some remodeling, new bathtub and carpet.Air conditioner was extremely loud.

Decent for a quick stay.

Liked: Excellent front desk and location. The room was also very clean.
Disliked: The water took 10 minutes to get lukewarm. The TV wasn’t working. The room and property was too dated for the price.
