Pleasant

Disliked: A rattle in the bathroom fan (which did not work) kept us up most of Saturday night. Was told it was the wind coming down the pipe and they were aware of it from previous experiences. It should have been fixed or they should not have people stay in that room until it was fixed.

Liked: It was close to our meeting
Disliked: It was reasonably clean, but the bed was old and soft in the middle. Dead tree in one area, leaves all over the floor. The ‘secure’ door outside was not. It did not close completely. The gravy was lukewarm warm.

Liked: Comfortable room and bed. A 2nd chair not a desk chair would have been nice. Need to raise feet often but not always in bed.
Disliked: Only found fruit and coffee/tea for diabetics. Lots of processed foods, cereals, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, pop tarts, etc.. Need protein (meats, eggs etc) and fiber, which fruit has.

Dated, but decent place to...

Liked: Good location for our needs as we were visiting friends in the rural areas outside of Kansas City. This was the closest hotel.24 hour desk was convenient for our late arrival.Staff was kind and helpful at check in, when needed, and at check out. Luggage carts were available.Included breakfast was adequate
Disliked: A little dated furniture and rooms.

Excellent little get away

Liked: Friendly staff. Great price and location. Will always stay here.
Disliked: The controls on the spa are broken I could use it but could now adjust the water
