Good location but this hotel...

Liked: The hotel provides beach equipment (chairs and umbrella) free of charge to borrow.
Disliked: The first room we were shown was dirty and smelled of urine. We were moved to another room that was not much better. There is an annex over the road from the main hotel which is where our room was located. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the whole place was very grubby - scuff marks all over the wall, hairs in the bathroom etc. No sound insulation so woken up by neighbours showering.

Management tried to accommodate but...

Liked: Location was incredible. They have a wonderful rooftop deck that overlooks the Cove. It’s wonderful to be so close to the town and ocean walking paths.
Disliked: It isn’t kept up. Everything, and I mean everything needs to be updated. The bathrooms need quite a bit of work and the calcification on all faucets and shower heads are the worse I’ve ever seen. Effects taking a shower. Drains are clogged in sink and drain slowly. The worse by far was the ants. They were all over the suite and needed spraying on multiple days. Makes it seem dirty
