The waiter spoiled my trip

Liked: Location is its only good thing
Disliked: I'm on vacation with my family， The staff didn't know everything and her manner was cold and distant! My kid fell down by accident and her knees was broken, I’m look for the bandage and the staff didn’t know. The hairdryer in the room doesn't work， the staff said she didn’t know why and there is no solution. The only thing that made me feel warm was the breakfast staff. Really bad experience of my trip<
