Oh I’m definitely staying again. Good area, friendly staff and very clean. Couldn’t ask for more.

Liked: Staff was more than friendly. Very clean and in a good area. Definitely going again.
Disliked: Parking.

Beautiful modern hotel in heart...

Liked: Very convenient location! Located in a very central part of the city. Easy to walk to many places. Beautiful, modern rooms. We were impressed with the size of the rooms!
Disliked: Parking was a little tricky. The hospital ramp right next door was full, so we had to park down the street at an open lot. The lot would only let you pay 6pm-6am, so we had to get up and pay again before 6:00.

Liked: Proximity to other downtown venues, restaurants etc
Disliked: No cold water in the room. No dressing gowns. Couldn’t get the room to be warmer. Stayed fixed at 22 degrees. The safe didn’t work properly. Couldn’t turn off the shower as mechanism was complicated

Liked: We had a great view from our high high room. Bed very comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately it was next to a hospital and being on the top floor meant when the air ambulances landed on their roof opposite it sounded like it was landing in our room. This happened most nights. We were out during the day so it didn’t affect us then.
