Oh I’m definitely staying again. Good area, friendly staff and very clean. Couldn’t ask for more.

Hotel staff - very efficient...

Liked: Staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. Good sized room. Beds comfortable. Great location close to city centre.
Disliked: Breakfast is from a set menu not a buffet style which we would have preferred. The quality of the breakfast was excellent, but the choice is limited as from a set menu thereby not giving you the flexibility of buffet.

Liked: Staff were fantastic… room was exceptional.
Disliked: The only negative thing was a single all genders washroom in the restaurant. When a woman comes out of a stall, it is disturbing and potentially dangerous to have a man standing there at the sinks, blocking the narrow passage to the restroom exit door. Especially in the evening when the restaurant is sparsely occupied. What is likely an attempt at accommodation for some, puts half the population at greater risk. Two (or three) washrooms is safer for female clientele. Always let someone know if you are using this restroom, or go accompanied.

Disliked: It's a horrible experience to get an invoice. The front office told me I should asked booking.com for the invoice because I ordered the hotel through this agent . But when I asked the booking , the custom service said I should asked the hotel and they will forward the request to the hotel. The result is I have asked and waited for a month and I didn't get any result.It's too horrible! Both the agent (booking.com) and the hotel didn't take their responsibility .

A fantastic boutique hotel in...

Liked: A huge beautiful bedroom, immaculately clean. Really helpful front desk. The hotel is well located in Downtown Toronto in theatre district. Walking distance to many attractions and the waterfront

Liked: The room was big and spacious. The bathroom was super big and updated to look modern and clean. The staff were great and helped us with anything we needed.
Disliked: The pillows were super lumpy and you had to book in your housekeeping the day before it is needed.
