Liked: heater was already on when i walked in which was great.
Disliked: there were no bottles of water in the room

Liked: BEEN THERE B4 & WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL STAY, ROOM, SERVICE.MY SECOND STAY WAS JUST AS GREAT. ONE MAJOR BONUS IS THE FACT WE ARRIVED AFTER RECEPTION WAS CLOSED AS OUR TRIP WAS A LONG 1 & ARRIVED AT HOTEL AT 7PM. I RANG RECEPTION & TOLD US THE KEY 2 OUR ROOM WAS LOCKED OUTSIDE IN THE SAFE & GAVE US THE CODE. EVEN GAVE US THE SAME ROOM THE 2ND TIME AROUND, WHICH WAS GREAT.ANOTHER GREAT THING IS THAT STAFF SEND U A TEXT MESSAGE TO GIVE THEM AN ARRIVAL TIME SO THAT THEY CAN PREPARE YOUR KEYS IF U COME AFTER HRS 2 PUT IN SAFE. SO WHEN U ARRIVE AFTER HRS U JUST PICK KEYS FROM SAFE. I THINK (NOT A BIG DEAL) 2 INCLUDE THE CODE 4 SAFE IN THE MESSAGE THEY SEND U, THAT WAY U HAVE EVERYTHING WHEN U ARRIVE AFTER HRS.OVERALL 100/100. WILL DEFENITLEY B BACK WITH THEM. THEY R CENTRAL 2 ALL AREAS OF BATHURST. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Liked: Clean, tidy and convenient location
Disliked: Bathroom small and dated. Noise from room beside us - due to a locked door being all that separated us.
