We had a comfortable and...

Liked: The space was just right for us. The bed was generously sized and very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Disliked: The kitchen facilities were not fully functional, the blender was broken and the fridge was leaking. Additionally, the room had a noticeable odor, which seemed to suggest that the previous tenant had a pet, possibly a cat. The smell lingered throughout the apartment.

Unnecessary inconvenience and Better traing...

Liked: Location and amenities are great.
Disliked: The lack of information NOT shared.1. Luggage services storage 2. Showers3. Room key lock out We would NOT have paid a fee to check out at 2pm if we were told that we could store our luggage and shower before our flight at 9pm. Upon check-in, I overheard a guest checking in and asking the "new hire" if this service was still available. (Guest was there 3 years ago) and he said YES.We did an early hike and returned back to the room at 1pm. to be locked out of our room. We called the front desk, and they told me we were supposed to come to the front desk by 10am to have our room key reactivate.THIS WAS NOT TOLD AT CHECK IN!!!We had to drive to the office, and the desk person was NOT friendly and had a terrible attitude. She apologized BUT put the blame on the person who checked us in and said he was A NEW HIRE. Since we lost 25 minutes, we asked if we could have some additional time, and her response was NO 2:00 is 2:00 pm no later My family has stayed at this property 4 times, and the last time we were there, we shared upon check out that our room was infested with DaddyLong Leg Spiders in every room and corner of the roomseven in the shower and closets. We had to purchase insect spray. Also, the guest that was staying above us was rudely noisy chidren running closet doors slamming from 1am - 4am in the morning. We did not want to complain, but after 2 nites on the third day, I approached the guest, and they informed me they were checking out at 10am!To avoid this happening again we decided to book the top floor which was an inconvenience due to having to carry our luggage, so that was the sacrifice.It would be nice if you refunded the $75 late fee charge.I would like a response on how you plan to handle my complaint.

Two weeks of peace.

Liked: Quiet. Centrally located on the Big Island. Nice rural/golf course views. No traffic or sirens. Shops within convent distance.
Disliked: Windy - one window wouldn't close (living room of I 206) didn't affect the temperature but the wind made for a constant whistling sound. TV in Master bedroom remote was stuck on one channel.

Liked: Well appointed, spacious unit with a full kitchen. Would be perfect for longer stays.
Disliked: Got woken up at dawn by a loud flock of nene geese
