Aside from the hot tub...

Liked: The hotel has an excellent location — it is directly connected to the gondola.
Disliked: The hotel’s hot tub is full of bacteria. Both of my children developed pink eye after using it, which shows just how dirty the water is. I would not recommend other guests to use these pools.

Brilliant for our short stay!...

Liked: Location was perfect for easy close access to the mountains. The hotel was clean, tidy and well maintained. Friendly professional staff who were very helpful at all times.
Disliked: The room was a little less spacious than anticipated. We Had to move a heavy bucket chair and coffee table around to put both beds out, then move them again to get out onto the balcony. We Could have coped without both.
