Horrible service

Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff, On duty manager, events coordinator Anne.These people did not do their jobs Had my business + community event there..... won't be doing that ever again. This is NOT and IHodlLife Approved Business.

Liked: Rooms were comfortable, and pretty clean
Disliked: No stairs from the lobby to your room, only an elevator that can sometimes take 10+ minutes to come get you, restaurants are super bougee, not a family eat in place,

Liked: Restaurants
Disliked: Room was not what we expect when paying 300$+. Sheets were not soft and I was nearby à baby who kept me awake both nights. Complained at the manager of the hôtel but apparently it was too late.
