Liked: Great location to visit family nearby. Nice lobby and new looking carpets, furniture, bathrooms in suites.
Disliked: Noise and smoke in first 2 of 3 rooms we stayed in over a week! Had to change twice! Only 1 of 3 elevators working well in the tower. Guess who made the most noise? 3 members of housekeeping staff organizing their carts in the hall in front of the elevator. So loud they woke us up in a room around the corner. One said okay then answered her cell phone and spoke even louder! Why are they sorting their carts for half an hour (&leaving a cart for hours) in front of the busiest elevators?! Rooms had new big ticket items but “spraying shirt front) taps need new washers (2 rooms), wallpaper lifting off bathroom wall (2 rooms), safe broken, toilet running. One maintenance man said “it’s just like that.” A second maintenance man worked to fix the safe then installed a new one. It’s a shame that the rooms are not inspected with regularity by someone who cares.

Liked: the room is spacious with a small balcony
Disliked: It was very loud and they have construction going on, the drilling sound just drives you crazy. Besides, the elevator is EXTREMELY slow, I don’t know what’s the deal with it, there are three of them, but takes forever!
