Only stayed one night and...

Liked: Loved the facilities room, bath, gym etc Had room service and the Food was delicious. However, the hotel in dining menu doesn't say you get fries with the burger. So, don't order fries separately like I did unless you want extra lol.
Disliked: the bar fridge was not re stocked properly. The bottle of Brut was 3/4 empty. Over ordered with extra fries through in dining service because the menu didn't specify the burger came with fries.

We had a lovely overnight...

Liked: The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The staff at the facility were so friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing. There was so much choice. It's a very quiet location, ideally located near the foreshore. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy that much as the weather was terrible but we will return when the weather is better and we can take full advantage of the location.
Disliked: We chose to have dinner at the Hill St Bar within Pan Pacific. This was our only disappointment. The service was very slow, they got the order wrong, we had to remind them that we had ordered drinks a few times and when the food came out it was cold and serving sizes were small for the price. Very disappointing for a facility to be of such poor standard within this amazing hotel.

Liked: All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was amazing and the food. The only issue was wifi wasn't so great. I will be booking in again soon.
Disliked: The wifi wasn't great.
