I will definitely love to...
Liked: Staff on welcoming us into the Hotel was so lovely, Service was wonderful such friendly staff you have. Room was so comfortable especially the bed, nice and clean and couldn't find anything to complain about. Housekeeping staff we met in the hallway were very nice and friendly. overall, this is a place I will recommend to all my friends and family even work colleagues. thank you so much for having us. I would love to return again.

Great except for the bed,...
Liked: Room was clean hotel is great
Disliked: The room was super hot even with the a/c set to 18 and the bed and pillows where terrible too soft of a mattress that we sunk down and had horrible curve while laying paired with pillows that where too hard and high we checked out at 7am because it was super uncomfortable

Great stay for the birthday
Liked: Loved the room, was amazing for birthday! Was very lucky girl and got the top floor with a beautiful view better view then the crown l reckon
Disliked: The shower needs a better drain system

NOT HAPPY!!
Liked: Bed was comfortable and bathroom was huge, and the place lools grest after tbe renovations jave been completed
Disliked: We had already stayed 2 nights and decided to book another night, so i did that the night. Efore and everything was ok. As we were changing rooms, we were told we would have to come down and check out in the morning and re check in, So in the morning we went down and checked out a.d went to check back in at the same time and was told thst they needed mh IF as well as my partners id to check in or we couldnt check in. I jad no valid photo iID as my passport had expired and i currently dong have a licence so we were denied checking in amd jad to cancel the booking and now jave to wait 7 days to get my money back. But for the previous 2 nights, my girlfriends ID was all that was needed to check in to the room. I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the person at reception that i was dealing with that he was the manager, so aparently the manager takes bookjngs now while the booking staff were standing around and talking or so it seems.Very dissapointed in the outcome as now i had to find somewhere else to stay for the night, and on top of that, i have to wait 7 -10 business days to get my $260 back!!!
