Liked: Beautiful new rooms and amenities.
Disliked: The staff could have been a little more attentive for example on arrival trying to get valet parking, no one was present and I had to get out of the car and walk inside to find someone, then when we were getting our bags out of the car no one came with a trolley to help so we ended up trying to carry everything inside ourselves including a suit and ball gown on hangers. Walking inside there was a lady pouring arrival champagne however she just looked at us and said nothing as we walked past, no offer or welcome to the hotel. The same thing happens at breakfast we stood around for a bit of time looking lost until someone noticed us and welcomed us. Once we got the attention and service the staff were lovely they just need to take a little more initiative in tending to guests.
