Very good

Liked: Location, cleanliness, view, linens and comfort of bed, housekeeping, staff are amazing. Terrific stay.
Disliked: The only downside was the shower. It had either only luke warm water or oscilated between burning hot and freezing cold. Did not live up to a 5 star expectation on this aspect.

Absolutely superb. Could not have...

Liked: From the moment we got to Pan Pacific, the service was exceptional. The traffic was quite heavy and we experienced difficulty getting a park. I called the hotel and the wonderful Jack came down with umbrellas and another staff member with a trolley for our luggage and told us to lock the car and leave it parked to the side - they would take care of it for us. The entire stay was nothing short of perfect. We will be recommending Pan Pacific to everyone and will definitely be returning!
