Rooms were so comfy, and...

Liked: Rooms were so comfy, and the view was to die for on the city side at night times. staff were amazing and the beds were 10/10 for comfort! I love staying here

Lovely city stay

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located for an event at the MECC and walking distance to South Wharf restaurants. The parking was close by. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was nice and quiet with black-out blinds, comfy beds and pillows, and fluffy bathrobes!

Liked: The view of the riverThe size of the two bedroom suite
Disliked: This inot the first time i booked with booking for hotel taking a high rate but when i arrived i’m disappointedThe hotel mentioned they luxury hotel but it’s far away from that from the reception very dark and the place like airport lounges .The room no any welcome drink or chocolates usually suites room retreat very special for the high category and high rate . The furniture specially the sofa have many soots and look nasty i didn’t like to set also the carpets .The lighting too dark specially the bathrooms .Pillows was bad i got a neck pain .No mirror in the room only the bathroom and one near the suite door. The bathroom sink tiny the size of washing your✋

Awesome location, modern quality facility.

Liked: Amazing views, very large room, well equiped, awesome bathroom and modern quality feel about the whole room. Location is excellent for my purposes and the staff are great. Breakfast si an experience, soo much to choose from.

Great stay everything was hassle...

Liked: Location, clean comfortable rooms with lovely views, lovely staff polite and helpful. Easy parking. Great breakfast spread. Lounge access.
