Fantastic

Liked: I'm usually very particular about the cleanliness of hotels and this hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. There was a cleaner there, I never got her name but she was so detailed. She left me extra chamomile tea when I was ill. Additionally, I was expecting a delivery that didn't come until several days after I checked out, the concierge was kind enough to store it until I had a friend come pick up for me.The location is also perfect, it's close to everything and 2 mins walk from the subway.
Disliked: The shower and bathtub are in the same space.

Fantastic Stay, attentive staff but...

Liked: Location & the pool were brilliant
Disliked: Disappointed with breakfast. Felt unclean. ST in the same place twice and noticed food on the floor from the day before. Cutlery was all scratched. I dint see how black cutlery can work in a hotel looked cheap. Flies over the food -should be covered. The worse was my coffee -the mug smelt terrible -something not right. No cleanliness at all. I had to send it back. For the amount of money spent staying here - I would expect much better standards in the eating area. Sorry to say but very very poor far from five star.
