Amazing hotel , with great...

Liked: The level of service from all staff was friendly and attentive. This is felt throughout the entire hotel, from the concierge, reception, restaurant staff, bar staff, housekeeping and spa facilities.

Comfortable but overpriced

Liked: Convenient location. V comfortable room.
Disliked: There seem to be lots of staff, but not doing very much. We waited nearly 20 mins to check in because of a queue.Breakfast seemed very understaffed. There were empty dirty tables and we had to wait to be seated because there was nobody to clear the tables. They tried to charge us 5% service charge in the overall bill when we left. We objected and they waived it. They said it was because we had booked via booking.com

Exceptional

Liked: Exceptional property just a stone throw away from Liverpool Station. Rooms are well-appointed, spacious and super-comfortable. Staff excellent throughout, great dining options and many amenities within walking distance.

Wonderful

Liked: attentive staff and very comfortable and cozy hotel
Disliked: limited menu in the restaurant

Disappointing for above reason.

Liked: Very comfortable hotel with one exception that means I would not stay there again.
Disliked: The wash basin in the bathroom had a plug designed not to hold water in. This was because the basin had no overflow.This is design madness and I will not stay in this hotel because of this.
