Liked: This was the third time that my wife and I have stayed in Hotel Palym. Each time things have been better and better. The owners have obviously spent a lot refurbishing it in the last 12 months. Being very close to the Gare de Lyon, the bedrooms have been themed with wall coverings of the Orient Express - a nice touch. As a great place to stay in Paris we heartily recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing

Great choice next to Gare...

Liked: Very clean and functional hotel a few steps away from Gare de Lyon. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very clean, room was spacious for Paris, and even the view from our window was great. Would definitely stay here again if we needed to be close to Gare de Lyon.
Disliked: We didn't realize that the room had no mini-fridge, but the hotel was kind enough to store our cold items for the duration of our stay in their refrigerator. Only shampoo was provided, no conditioner.

Safe, secure, easy walking access...

Liked: Location was fit for my purpose, proximity to Gare de Lyon. Extremely clean hotel, everything in my room was fully functional. Lots of restaurants around the hotel, I mean 360 degrees.
Disliked: In my short stay, nothing.

Liked: Very clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. Friendly staff
Disliked: Small rooms which is what can be expected when travelling in Europe. Very small bathroom and shower.

Liked: The room was lovely and so clean and great standard
Disliked: The size of the toilet. A lock would be good so the door doesn't open if you knock it slightly when on the toilet. Room 41

Disliked: Difficult to criticize, met or exceeded expectations.
