Fantastic hotel close to centre...

Liked: Everything. We stayed 4 nights and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, especially the coffee! Staff couldn't have been better.
Disliked: We LOVED it!

Liked: Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. They were also helpful in responding to my messages through Booking.com prior to my stay and were happy to hold onto our luggage for us prior to check in.The hotel and rooms were beautiful, and the bed very comfy. Water pressure and temp of shower was good. They also upgraded our room to one with a larger bed for free, I think so that they could put us in the room next to our friends who were also staying there. I wish I stayed here longer than 1 night! Can't say much about the location as I arrived late and left early.
Disliked: Unfortunately the TV wasn't working but we were only there one night so we weren't bothered. I'm sure if we asked the staff to help fix it they would have. The shower could've also benefited from a shower curtain but that's a minor thing.

Liked: The hotel is charming, the staff very helpful with restaurants reservations and symphony tickets.The restaurant breakfast was very good and again their staff was most accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to anyone touring the area'
