OK stay - wish we could have used the pool, complimetary drinks, valet parking.
Liked: Loved Rob Thomas and Matchbox 20. Best concert ever!
Disliked: Hotel stay and hidden fees. Everyone trying to make a buck.

Liked: Location and staff at the restaurants were very good.
Disliked: (a) this is not a hotel to stay in, if the casino is not the primary objective of interest. The orientation, especially the overpowering presence of hotel security personnel who question you each time you want to go up to your room, is understandable for the casino but intrusive otherwise. Incidentally, we did not observe this high security presence in Bellagio, Caesars, Venetian, MGM Grand and several other hotels we walked through / attended shows.(b) the rooms do not have a coffee maker. Room service has an in built gratuity factor (I think it was 20%) plus a flat $7 charge - so a breakfast of $18 worked out to approx $ 30. Therefore, the best place to visit was the food court to get a cup of coffee which was not convenient.(c) At checkin, we were "warned" by the receptionist not to keep anything in the room refrigerator since any movement of the items there would result in a charge (based on disturbance to the weight calibration) - this was another pain point in not being able to use the (relatively) lower room facilities. Despite this, our 2nd room had a minor charge for an inexplicable reason - however, the receptionist reversed it when it was disputed by us.(d) the foyer ceiling light was not working in our room - housekeeping did not pick up the call/s, and the floor staff noted but did not revert. The light remained out of order during our 3 night stay.Will not stay there again.
