Liked: The Palms proved to be the Ideal place to stay for our 5 days in Perth . It was situated close to our planned itinerary .The Lady who owned the place was very friendly and accommodating . Even to the extent of staying up to meet us after our late flight . The very near by shopping and restaurant facilities were spot on .

Liked: Teresa was most kind! She can give some recommendations of what to do, makes delicious breakfast and likes to have a nice chat. The accommodation is close to Warwick station from where it's easy to reach different destinations, as the city center, the beach and Hillary's harbour.

Liked: Theresa was absolutely lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied and she remembered our preferences each day.

Liked: I liked the location and Teresa was so friendly. Breakfast was very homely when your travelling a home away from home
Disliked: It could have been more cleaner.

Disliked: The room decor is a little tired but still reasonably comfortable.
