Liked: This company has a lot of nerve to send me a survey about my trip when you cancelled my reservation one week before I was to arrive. I made this reservation 6-9 months prior. I had to scrounge around and look for a room at the last minute. No thanks the o you I paid for an overpriced room to prevent sleeping in my car. Thanks a lot.

Liked: The reasonable rate of the room when it was reserved/booked.
Disliked: The establishment did not hold to their word on or for the reasonable rate as they cancelled my rooms and then sold them to the highest bidder as they jacked up the price for profit.
