Great location and facilities. But...

Liked: Property was in a good location. The apartment had everything to make a short stay comfortable.
Disliked: The sofa wasn’t comfortable making it difficult to sit for an hour to watch some TV.Office opened 9am to 2pm making it really difficult to check in properly with the $200 deposit required when arriving out of those hours. Locked box was great to get keys and instructions to get into the lift and floor.But check out required us to put keys in a drop box which was no where to be seen and no clear instructions to find the reception area that was behind locked doors. Difficult to do so when you check out prior to opening hours.When I called to let reception know where I had left the keys, the lady was quite rude and adamant that instructions were clear. No thank you for placing the keys in a safe location!Not enough soap and shampoo given for a 4 night stay.Only one out of 3 sinks had hand wash.

Disliked: Impossible to contact anyone about issues. Was promised a service which was missed then rescheduled and during the whole duration of our 9 night stay NO SERVICING OF THE APARTMENT.
