Rooms need interior upgrade big...

Disliked: Wifi not always available. It's been controlled by the office. Your advertisement says free wifi it doesn't say free wifi all the time. Needed to get some papers finished for my work couldn't do that cause no wifi.

Disliked: Staff denied knowing of my booking, made prior to 4pm on the day.I was delayed in arrival, my fault, but since they denied my booking made no difference.Did not answer my calls, only answered when they were called on a private number.Blamed everything on fault with the BOOKING SITE communication, made no effort to apologize when was found to be their fault.

Disliked: Host was not there when I arrived and rang to give instructions of what room I was in and where to find key, etcHeat pump in lounge did not heatSmall heater in bedroom was more efficient

Disliked: initially, room appeared very clean. found cobwebs hanging from corners in bedroom, mould along sills in bathroom, hot water ran out quickly. Heating unit difficult to use - didnt know if it was working or not.
