Good hostel

Liked: Although the hostel is not located in the city center, it is very well connected thanks to its proximity to the Jubilee line underground station. The building itself is attractive and well maintained. The wooden bunk beds are sturdy and quiet, with curtains that provide extra privacy. Breakfast, for a hostel, is quite decent — definitely a plus. Another highlight is that the bed was already made upon arrival, which is especially convenient for guests arriving late at night. Large lockers are also available in the basement.
Disliked: During the summer, and particularly during my stay, the room temperature was quite high, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning. The window also didn’t open very wide, which didn’t help. The bathrooms, while clean, only had two sinks, which often led to waiting times given the number of guests. It’s also worth noting that the room cleaning service wasn’t very noticeable. For example, a duvet that had fallen to the floor one night remained there for the rest of my stay, which raises questions about the attention to detail in cleaning.Overall, I still think it’s a smart choice of accommodation, and I would stay here again.

Liked: The laundry facilities and breakfast buffet were great. The lounge area is also nice. I liked the lighting at the bed and plug ins.

Liked: Very close walk (5mins) to tube stations. I also liked how the beds had good curtains and under bed lockable storage.
Disliked: There was not a lot of room for bags. There was also a power issue where maintenance couldnt fix during my stay so I couldnt charge my phone at the bed.

Liked: Location was great! Easy to catch the underground. Breakfast was excellent and a good variety. I did appreciate that there was a hairdryer provided in the bathrooms.
Disliked: The beds should have had a pouch inside to place items, like phone and earphones. The bed curtains in my room could have been better. It was hard to draw them back. For a backpacker place I would have thought your lockers included security. Instead you had to pay for a padlock to lock it up. Whereas other hostels I have been to, the keycard gave access to your room and individual locker.
