Liked: Friendly staff. Billy the hotel engineer was constantly helping anywhere he found opportunity. Also Morioon and Jo Jo were super helpful at front desk

Liked: We are on a road trip and have stayed in a condo I. Hilton head before, this time we had our children and wanted to show them the island. We had a budget to work within for a place in between travels for a few nights. This hotel room was a great deal, fit us all well, had great breakfast and amenities for the price. I was presently surprised.
Disliked: I didn’t like that every time I needed to go to the front desk or have food delivered I had to walk to the other building even in the rain, but it wasn’t so bad and can’t complain about the way the buildings are set up.

Liked: Honestly, there was nothing the place offered we liked. The other guests were the only thing we enjoyed.
Disliked: The staff were extremely rude and not helpful. When issues came up with the laundry or new towels the staff just laughed at us like we were crazy for asking.
