Liked: Location was Nice, and Vibe was ok
Disliked: The Power was off for my entire stay, and therfore the AC didnt work and it felt like we was in a Sauna the entire time. We had to use our cell phone lights at night just to navigate and see during the night and slept uncomfortable during the night. Refund need to be had

Liked: I like that it is on the bay and there is a restaurant. They also don’t charge for the parking anymore.
Disliked: I don’t like that It is a club because this leads to a lot of young people making a lot of noise. It was classier when it was just the best western. Also, they do not have coffee makers in the room anymore or a microwave, which is a big inconvenience. The only coffee is a coffee machine in the lobby, which you have to pay for it. Also, I had to go to another building to find a icemaker that worked. The two in my building were broken. Also, they would not let me take a towel from the pool to the beach. Of course next time I won’t even let them know about this. They have a deposit from me so what is the big deal if I did not return a towel. Also when they have the weekend, DJ event, the music is very loud. There are cops swarming the parking lot and you have to park far away from your room, depending on what building you are in.

Liked: I love being by the ocean …. Looking out of my balcony room was so relaxing and peaceful.
Disliked: It may not be fancy for some…. But a little remodeling and an new elevator will definitely take it to the top😎

The staying was a disaster...

Disliked: Timeline of 3 days reservation:I arrived on 29 July 05:30pm with normal conditions but at night (01:00am) the collapse of electrical system affected us.No elevators, air conditioning in the room, no fresh drinks, ice anywhere, machines, coffee etc. No TV affected us also very much.Next day on 30 the Hotel emergency response cell informed about options to customers, be relocated or be refunded.Due to lack of mobility of my wife on stairs and heavy luggage, we could not move to another hotel during the night as other customers did, our option was to be refunded.On 31 a few things improved along the day and solved at the end of the day. During the night TV restarted.In conclusion, our staying was a disaster due to your conditions, we had only 12 hours of normality (6+6 hours). We needed to be out on fresh places and return to hotel to change clothes and minimum staying.At the moment I m waiting for an official response to my request of refund.It might be probable to begin an action under US laws for this cases.

The hotel is not really...

Liked: The swimming pool was nice and okay size. And the view over the water was very nice.
Disliked: The hotel was very noisy we had a connecting room and from under the door we could hear the neighbours. The restaurant is open at 11 a.m., so it's no good for breakfast time, especially with kids that wake early.
