Liked: Loved the location and the resort. Have stayed there several times. Always enjoy our stay. We used to live in Menifee, Calif. Now we live in AZ. and will drive to stay at the Palm Mountain always!
Disliked: The only thing that can be changed is the shower head in the bathroom and install a hand held shower head that's adjustable for all heights of people. Do not like the rain shower head. Totally does not work for a shower.

Disliked: The bathroom door locked us out at 2am and had to wait for staff to come and fix. Very inconvenient. The balcony door handle just falls out when trying to open or close the door. The blackout blinds still allows sunlight in the early morning.
