I’ll never stay at Palm...

Liked: Bed was ok
Disliked: Shower needs to be updated because water was on the floor even with towel under. You can slip badly. Too many insects children would get bitten. Spa was ok but not nice and clean.Needs air conditioning urgently. Carpet needs to come out tiles are better. Even after cleaning the carpet was very very sticky to walk on. Lastly reception was smelling so badly that you can vomit. Filthy

Liked: Accesible price, nice location.
Disliked: The room looks a little dated and it smelt weird at times. It could be a little cleaner and drier too. There were leaks from the toilet and the kitchen sink took a while to drain

Liked: Excellent location and the owner very friendly.We were in Rotorua for the Easter weekend with our kids. 6 adults and 3 children.Rooms were excellent and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing!! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back here.
