The little touches in the...

Liked: Extremely clean and comfortable ,the options for food was very good and the staff very pleasant ,and Emma at reception was very accomadating.

I like this hotel and...

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, good location with plenty of parking, good restaurant
Disliked: Several issues with room (Room 9):I like to read in bed but none of the available lamps were suitably positionedTV was overly complicated and difficult to useThe mini-safe was jammed and it's ;location made it awkward to use the electric kettle
