Disappointed

Liked: The room was not the one we booked via booking. Com. The room was very dated too small for a family room. It was extremely hot no room to move about. The shower was very old and no water pressure. The lady on reception was helpful and put 2 fans in our room and had the shower head changed but didn't make any difference to the water pressure. Paid £136 for one night without breakfast. Was not worth the money. Was told to complain to booking.com but it was the hotel room that was a massive let down. And definitely not the one they showed online.

Great Stay

Liked: Location, little indoor swimming pool, games room with dart board and pool table. Has ample parking and a restaurant and nice staff too.
Disliked: The bathroom is small and no fans in the room

Liked: The pool and game room facilities were very good
Disliked: Could have supplied or offered a fan for cooling down on such a hot evening

Superb

Liked: Swimming pool, bar and breakfast was brilliant
Disliked: Wanted a very cold shower but couldn't get it any cooler than warm but nothing too dramatic I was able to cope but it was extremely warm in our room with all windows wide open.

Good

Liked: This was the largest bathroom with the smallest room we have stayed in and our room was next to the kitchen exhaust fan, say no more. It was close and handy to Great Yarmouth . We had a swim in the pool. It was ok for 2nights only.
Disliked: Not much to say.
