Disliked: The bed was a little hard for my liking but everything else great

Great Staff would highly recommend...

Liked: The room was clean and tidy, staff as always are very friendly and approachable. Picked up a flat on the way to the hotel the staff was kind enough to track me down and let me know. Also a quest at the hotel offered to help which was great to see some kind people are out there.
Disliked: For a non budget room I have paid budget and have stayed in a better room. The room we stayed in seemed to be a budget room. Would of liked a separate shower rather than climbing into the bath (I am sure if I would of stated this at the time of booking could of been accommodated food for thought next time I stay) Other than this tiny offset great place to stay.

Liked: Very close to the beachStaff were friendly and dealt with complaint when approached Free parking onsite very convenient Restaurant attached looks nice and modernAt first look seems clean enough and decor what you would expect of seaside hotel
Disliked: Awful shower- hardly any water coming out (choice of freezing/burning hot) and small (you struggle to turn without burning yourself on the hot tap which I did)Bug problem in our room- staff part refunded our stay as a result Mattress was very well used and lumpy with springs throughCan hear everyone going to the loo in the night (yep that too!) Ancient lift- one where you pull the grates across to go and very claustrophobic! Dragged my suitcase down 2 flights when leaving to avoid.I slept 3 hours tops.

Liked: Food was lovey, service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Pool and games room were lovely extra touches.
