Liked: Staff in general was very welcoming and helpful. Cheers to the front desk staff, tiki bar servers and Leon from restaurant.
Disliked: Did not appreciate the lies about participating in a survey. It was actually a time share presentation. Which turns out not to be a time share selling per se. Only if you have a time share already they have an offer to move you to a point system option. They knew we were renting and still invited us for a “survey” about the hotel. A lady called Lisa was very rude asking us “what are you doing here if this is just for time share owners?”. Very poor process of identifying the correct public for the “updates” they have. This experience was very frustrating. Took almost 2 hours of my day to be disrespected by Lisa. I really wish the front desk had a better criteria. Be aware the parking authorization slip is a way they catch you into the called “survey”. I did not appreciate the lies and lack of clarity.

Liked: Location of property was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room size and amenities nice. Bed very comfortable. Tiki bar and restaurant on property nice. Pool area nice and clean. We like how lounge chairs are watched to allow unused saved chairs to be used by other guests.
Disliked: Pool music was same 70s Playlist for the full 6 days we were there. It needs to get changed up daily. Did not like location of room 110 as patio is not usable due to noise of pool pumps. Needs some updating/fixing of curtains and closet doors. Could barely open curtains because they were off track, both living and bed room. Closet doors could not be used due to broken and hanging off tracks.Loud air conditioning, woke you every time it kicked in and could not hear TV when air conditioner was running unless you turned volume way up.

Liked: Spacious units. The beach
Disliked: No heating. The air conditioning was working when we checked in and the room was at 62 degrees. We couldn’t sleep the first night and the manager refused to offer any compensation.The whole property is dated and needs renovation. .

Liked: Exceptional Location! Walk for the Beach ! Walk to the Bar or Restaurant! Everything is super close but not on top each other ! Truly a paradise island ! The hotel has heated pool and Hot Tub which was clean and open ! Bike rental is at the Hotel !! Christmas caroling with cookies and hot cocoa ! Our room was huge with a small kitchen!I real did love this place! We had a balcony… we did have to pay $40 for parking! But the valet service come with the Paros we actually enjoy that service the entire trip, it was fun acting like high maintenance people who need to be pampered let the car get parked and then brought to the front of the Hotel Like Mick Jagger and J low !! Btw the Manitee park and Sea turtle museums are both less than 20min car ride away !!
