Disappointing

Liked: The view, food and drinks were decent. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Property needs some cleaning and maintenance. The Lagoon pool needed a good pressure washing and had trash on the edge of entrance to the shallow end. The pool bar and the kids waterslide closed at 6pm each night. They should keep it open until sunset IMO.

Excellent, but would probably choose...

Liked: Excellent staff and my room preference was ocean front, but did not know until I checked in that the option was not available due to such units being individually owned. Vidal upgraded me to a more private 2 BR unit with ocean, bay and canal views in corner unit.
Disliked: Rooms not directly oceanfront. Noisy kids at the pool.

Disliked: Restaurant with not too many options, good service, excellent food but may have more choices. Better to split amenities in both pools, then both will have a similar amount of people

Disliked: It was not a full kitchen as stated in the description. No oven or mini oven. The stove is tiny. Not much that you are able to cook there.

Disliked: Awful bed did not sleep the whole time we were there and my six month pregnant wife was exhausted due to no sleep. Food was awful and not tasty

Joyful and relaxing!

Liked: The property was just beautiful! We loved that it was modern contemporary and classy. Our Suite was very well appointed, the view was just spectacular. The pools were awesome! All staff made us feel very special.
Disliked: I loved everything!
