Disliked: Needing room key to access pool, only has valet parking

Incredible stay and incredible staff

Liked: The staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful, professional. Josh at the front desk immediately made us feel welcome upon check in. Jan at the tiki hut always had a smile, Derek was friendly and we saw him everywhere working hard. The room was very clean and had a kitchen where we could make a light meal. The beach was lovely. We took advantage of the beach yoga class with Elsa and would recommend. The resort has everything you may want or need so that you wouldn't even need to leave if you didn't want to.
Disliked: This resort is very family friendly. Don't expect the adult pool and hot tub to be kid free. Signs are posted by the hot tub one needs to be 18 or older, yet the hot tub was full of kids our entire stay. Maybe 9 yr olds and up. The adult pool had mostly kids in it with parents lounging around the pool. The beach is beautiful and great for walking. However, the resort is large with alot of guests so be prepared to see alot of chairs at the beach. The rows of chairs can be 4 or 5 deep. Not ideal but the staff at the beach is great. They set you up with an assigned chair and if a chair is not being used after an hour, they remove the towels and it becomes available again. This means no saving chairs for the whole day. The staff does a great job of bringing food and drinks out to your chairs! As with alot of places I have stayed, when I ordered the featured drinks, they always tasted different depending on the bartender....so just not very consistent.
