This was my first time there and l will come again. The hotel and staff is friendly and there to be helpful to whoever needs it.

very disappointing stay

Liked: gym is nice
Disliked: I had a very disappointing stay due to multiple room issues, requiring three room changes.Day 1:The toilet wouldn’t flush. when it start flush the water went all the way up to the floorThe phone in the room made constant noise.I was placed in an accessible room without prior notice.An alarm went off at 6 AM, disrupting my sleep.Day 2:The same 6 AM alarm issue recurred.Due to business commitments, I wasn’t sure whether to stay or leave. When I returned, I was assigned a new room.The shower door in the new room wouldn’t close properly, causing water to flood the bathroom floor.The frequent problems and lack of a comfortable, functional room made my stay extremely inconvenient. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent future guest disruptions

Very nice even though they...

Liked: Laundry prices really helps in getting clothes done staff great!! No one seemed distracted except once.
Disliked: The warmer that had those delicious croissants and danish was taken away
