Disliked: Really needs some renovations not just cosmetic touch ups. No hotel facilities to speak of, like a bar cafe or even reception area

Nice Boutique Stay by the...

Liked: Nice Boutique establishment. Almost the best part of the neighborhood in Santa Monica, is quiet, chill, and a nice walk range to the Santa Monica Pier. The property is a nice and old establishment and has been nicely taken care of. The room was spacious and equipped with a full kitchen. Ordered room service and everything was nice. Quite a boutique staycation experience by the beach.
Disliked: The lobby didn't provide service in the afternoon, which could be a little discouraging as I would love to spend the afternoon in the yard and lobby if there were refreshments provided. But it is not a big deal.

Liked: Breakfast was enjoyed on the back patio, and the staff person was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Overall great experience at the Palihouse!
Disliked: All good!
