Never ever

Liked: Walking distance from Dolby theater and that’s the only good thing I can say about them.
Disliked: Check in time 3pm, room not ready. 3:30pm finally checked into the room and no towels! Dirty floors, dirty carpets. Towels arrived at 5pm, apparently shortage. Staff couldn’t care less, zero service recovery. Absolutely useless staff ignorant of what the word “customer” means. Bed very soft. NO SHOWER GEL. They just ran out of shower gel. Period. Use soap bar or shampoo. No, in 3 days shower gel will not be replenished, no we don’t care and no compensation whatsoever. Housekeeping on request is a complete joke. Nothing washed, nothing cleaned. Swimming pool is filthy. Full of trash, dirty water, zero attention of staff to this issue. HORRENDOUS

the woman at the reception...

Liked: the woman at the reception wanted to cheat me with the room, but when i saw that they gave me a smaller room, i immediately told her about it! she thought that i wouldn't notice the difference! also they still haven't returned my deposit!
