It's not worth it

Liked: Staff was very rude. The stove wasn't even cleaned .the stove looked like it wasn't cleaned for awhile we didn't want to use it. The room was filthy not vacuumed. The room picture that was showing we were to get looked nothing like they gave us.cubbards was not finished painted. Had paint drips on the picture on wall. It was way over priced. DID NOT RECIEVED MY DEPOSIT YET and left the room cleaner then when we arrived. Will not recommend or go back.

Disliked: I was told by the front desk that I would be compensated for the hours I waited for my room to be ready for check-in, and all I had to do was call booking.com so the payment could go through them, which I did. Two days later, I asked the front desk about the compensation and was informed that the associate who made the promise no longer worked there. They said they would talk to the general manager and call me about it, but they never did. At check-out, I mentioned it again to the front desk and was told they would take care of it, but they never followed through.

Disliked: The rooms how messed up they was a lot of things broken or not working dirty sheets dirty beds Old pillows

Liked: Bathroom sinks are nice.
Disliked: Let's see, it starts at the sign at the front. It is made of 2x4s and cardboard. Parking is 1/2 block away from the hotel. The room, the mattress cover was filthy, "balcony" door wouldn't close all the way. Calling it a balcony is a stretch because it's about 2x3. Barely room for 1 chair and a small table. It's not ocean front, hardly ocean view. I don't know if they are going threw renovations or what, but they have a lot of untapped opportunities on this property. With the right people and investment, it has potential.

Liked: Ocean front, that’s about it.
Disliked: Horribly stained furniture, I had to get sheets to cover them just to even want to use them. Overall the room wasn’t clean, hair on the doors, loud and squeaky toilet, mold on shower ceiling, tub was filthy, no shower liner, no hair dryer despite listing saying it had one, no washer and dryer despite listing saying it had one. Iron but no ironing board?? The front door and balcony doors wouldn’t open or close securely. Crayon and stains on walls and high touch surfaces. Hotel has some asinine policy about needing 24 hours notice to clean the room prior to arrival and that isn’t communicated until check in, but who doesn’t want their room cleaned so that’s an outrageous policy. Had to buy my own cleaning supplies to make it livable. Pillows were flat and unusable. Almost no lighting in the entire room. Bedroom lights flickered terribly had to replace the bulb. Many of the outlets didn’t work either. The only saving grace was ocean front property and the staff (by which I mean the workers) were great and always available and never questioned any request. Manager (only lady in a suit, so I assume) seemed rude / had an attitude / bad vibe in general.

Disliked: If we could check before 4pm we traveled to get there so we can rest & other people behind had the same problem
