Liked: The beach view
Disliked: I had to wait two hours an I already had book the room two weeks in advance an paid for it to have to wait an the room was still dirty but was given an extra hour of stay time but drove 4 hours to have to wait 2 hours....

We will be back

Liked: The suite the manger upgraded me to was great ! My family loved it. She went above and beyond not only for my family but others in the lobby. Staff behind front desk had a lot of patience as well. They kept everything professional.
Disliked: The room wasn’t ready at check-in. But patience was key. I wasn’t upset or anything just waited until the manager had something for us.

Disappointing

Liked: That it was close to the beach.
Disliked: It took 2 1/2 hours after check in to get into the rooms.

Liked: Been here before it's always nice to stay
Disliked: Undisclosed $45 resort fee didn't know about it until we got here

Disliked: The rooms were pretty dirty looked like a trap house hinges on bathroom door was broken the bed sheets were dirty the bed was squeaky tolit was filthy along with the tub couldn't open the room door fully asked for ocean front didn't get it had to ask for a different room an the second room was just as bad
