Good location and really nice...

Liked: Location, rooms, staff. All good
Disliked: Being locked out of hotel after a fire alarm went off and not being able to reach any staff at all.

Recommend this small, friendly, clean...

Liked: We stayed one night at the hotel in room 306, which overlooks the street. Although the room overlooks the street, it is quiet, and we were not disturbed by noise. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Our bathroom had a bath, and I took the opportunity to have a bath, my first in a long time - wonderful and relaxing as we have a shower at home. With any hotel, the staff is at the front of everything, and the staff that we met, from the front of the house to others, were great ambassadors for the hotel. All were welcoming, friendly, and professional at all times. I would 100% stay at this small hotel again and recommend it to anyone who visits Den Haag; it is right in the centre and close to bus and tram routes. Shops, restaurants, and museums are all within five minutes walking distance.

Liked: Paleis is a lovely hotel convenient to the centre restaurants and tourist attractions, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. A bar fridge would have been nice
Disliked: Unfortunately the hotel is directly above a street with many restaurants and cafes. Potentially this can be a problem depending on the day of the week. Closer to the weekend you will definitely get street noise which can go until very late

Liked: Wonderful welcome with overall fantastic service. The room was beautiful with a fantastic bathroom with relaxing bath. Great location too!!
