Spectacular Pale Hall - a...

Liked: The staff were amazing. So friendly and courteous from the moment we arrived at the beautiful property. A great credit to the property. We loved the spaces which we had access to, all around the ground floor, and the lovely size and decoration of the bedroom and quality of the toiletries - superb.

Liked: Palé Hall provided a truly wonderful experience! We were warmly welcomed with valet service and assistance with our luggage, setting the tone for a luxurious stay. The four-course tasting menu was exceptional, the decor charming and unique, and the idyllic gardens and walking paths added a peaceful, enchanting touch. A friendly and refined luxury experience from start to finish! Thank you!

Very helpful and pleasant staff!...

Liked: The breakfast room was pleasant, the food and drinks were very good but the service was extremely slow and sometimes we had to ask for things more than once, i.e. tea, toast, butter.
Disliked: Our bedroom and bathroom were extremely spacious but lacked places to put our toiletries and non-hanging clothes.

Beautiful and unique hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel immaculately decorated with wonderful food and grounds
Disliked: Our room was rather warm but there was a Dyson fan. The bath was difficult to get out of as it was on a plinth. Not so suitable for those over 60!

Exquisite property in a lovely...

Liked: The property was gorgeous both inside and out. Our room was stunning, and the staff member who greeted us was exceptional. We were shown a tour of the property and told the history of our room and some of the royalty who had stayed there. The powder rooms on the first floor were delightful. Each room had a unique and exceptional quality. We stayed in the Queen Victoria suite, some of the furnishings of which were original to her stay there.
Disliked: The property was a bit far from Snowdonia. The food service, particularly at breakfast, was lacking. The staff seemed frazzled and they were out of certain items. The dinner food was quite nice.
