Liked: Hotel is beautifulReception Team, concierge are great. The bags were in the room before we arrived.The lagoon room and view from room was fabulous.The beds are really comfortable and pillows great,TV had all the channels on which was a bonusBath was perfect, depth so luxurious.Decor everywhere is classic and beautiful, icon reminense of Versace which is nice.Location next to sea world and central to everywhere.

Disliked: Room service tray fee at $8 was ridiculous and should be included in your stay. I was charged $17 for a fruit smoothie for my terminally ill husband who cannot eat solid food and half of that was tipped out because it was too thick for him to drink. There was mild in the shower, the spa was so loud you couldn’t hear each other talk and the lighting in the bathroom was very poor. The staff were friendly enough but some were hard to understand.

Disliked: Our original room allocated was not cleaned and toilet had feacal matter all over it. The air condition did not work. The room was very tired. We were moved to the same size room but I have had no acknowledgement from the hotel. The hotel is old and worn and pretty pathetic looking. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel any longer. The facilities are old and haven't been updated in at least 20 years. Forget this one and stay somewhere worth the money.
