Liked: The staff where very nice, and the breakfast was excellent
Disliked: We had no working lights in the bathroom for our entire stay, the handyman tried to fix but did not work they kept tripping, so had to shower and use toilet with the use of the torch on our phone, also the spa bath did not work, also disappointed due to cold weather, I phoned and asked the. Staff to get the manager to call me after our stay and discuss, no phone call received, incredibly disappointing for a five 5 star hotel.
