Disliked: The spa was under constructions and not operating Location was good in relation to SeaWorld distance but no direct supermarket around to get some food. Definitely need a car .

Liked: The spa in the room was the only good thing.
Disliked: For a "5 star " hotel it was crumbling and falling down. The furniture was chipped and marked and dated. I specifically booked there to use the spa facilities and pool, this wasn't even open and it wasnt advertised as beijg closed. I've stayed in many 5 star hotels, I've NEVER been charged for a cot for mu baby, for valet parking or charged a $300 bond! When we arrived and I entered into the enormous reception, it was completely deserted. For a massive space there should have been staff, I couldn't find one. Not a concierge, reception staff member, no one. Just crickets.
