Great facilities and location, food...

Liked: The fitness centre was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was very good also. This hotel was close to everything we wanted and a short walk to Seaworld. The high tea was lovely and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool
Disliked: The bathroom lighting was very dim, it could definitely use some brighter lights but otherwise, we loved this hotel.

Disliked: We booked from 18-21 We woke up on the 19 and my 1 year old was crawling around the floor with his little car it went under the bed so I bent down to retrieve his car and to my disgust there was a used condom so I rang the reception they came up and moved me and my family into a different room the staff was really friendly and was utterly distraught by what they found

Liked: Large, comfortable bedrooms. The pool was beautiful although freezing cold at this time of the year. Should consider heating. The breakfast was very good. Walking distance to Sea World.

Liked: The staff at Imperial Goldcoast Hotel were excellent and very attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Room service was impressively quick, which was a great convenience.The view from my room was lovely, offering a picturesque sight of the pool.The buffet breakfast was well worth it. I enjoyed delicious eggs Benedict with barista-made coffee every morning, followed by pancakes with maple syrup. It was a delightful way to start the day.
Disliked: The property was a bit run down. The fridge in my room leaked, the toilet bowl was stained, and the carpets were lifting. Additionally, there were exposed cords, which was concerning.
