Liked: The foyer was grand and the hotel was kept clean.
Disliked: Ridiculous holding fee even when accommodation was prepaid still waiting for the refund.

Liked: The staff were very attentive and professional.
Disliked: The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, it would be an advantage to have an option for brighter lighting.The spa bath jets had not been cleaned / flushed out with appropriate cleaning products. As a result of this procedure not being done, scum and obviously residue from previous guests dead skin cells and bodily oils etc had built up in the jets, when I emptied the bath the bathtub was when I discovered the problem. It is essential that spa baths are cleaned and maintained to ensure that hygiene is maintained.

Liked: Everything was great with this hotel. Free parking at the hotel was also a great inclusion.
Disliked: Pool wasn’t heated so overcast days meant it was too cold to swim and make the most of the pool.
