Exceptional experience of Firenze.
Liked: It’s a great location and absolutely special palazzo. The owner welcomed us at the door. The character is exceptional. It is 5-10 min to all historic sites.
Disliked: There is nothing to not like about the palazzo.

Exceptional
Liked: It was a beautiful surprise and highlight of our Florence stay! Highly recommend for those we appreciate art and history and want to have extraordinary experiences rather than staying in a hotel. Gorgeous place and will come back again!

Superb
Liked: Very convenient location. Hotel itself was good; rooms were spacious and very Roman feel in the room with nice decor. Lots of snacks too! The receptionist gave us good tip as well on how to maximize time in Florence and what to avoid!
Disliked: The only things is that it’s bit dark when we entered and would be good if they can make entrance feel more brightened with lighting and general facelift on the overall entrance/reception experience.

Liked: The property is gorgeous! We felt like we were in a fortress. It is centrally located to everything! We walked everywhere.

A truly royal hotel experience.
Liked: Spacious room with a huge common book room and music room. Truly a royal experience living in a palace. Even fully booked, hardly saw anyone so almost like the entire space is ours.Location was right in the center with easy access to our areas of interest (eg Duomo) and excellent restaurant within 10 minute walk.Set breakfast was available at Le Menagere.
Disliked: Minor inconveniences like the road to the hotel was blocked at the Palazzo Medici Entry. Wish that the hotel proactively informed us of the alternate route to get to hotel. Taxi dropped us off at the corner and we had to drag our heavy bags for a short distance.
