Excellent stay, we didn’t want...

Liked: We love everything about the hotel. The best customer services from all staff. They were so responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The room feels larger than advertised. We did not feel cramp at all. Spacious bathroom and very clean everywhere. Breakfast service was amazing, we love the lattes and cappuccino. The ice coffee was very good too. They helped us with booking for our transfer to and from Lake Como because we heard that the trains and buses were a nightmare made worse with the rerouting for preparation for the Olympics. Thank you for an amazing stay…10 out of 10 for sure.
Disliked: The only thing we could think of would be maybe better pillows. They were too flat for us but they happily gave us two extra pillows.

Prime Location, Friendly Staff, Great...

Liked: Staff was really friendly, specially Attilio who went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.Hotel is located at a walking distance from both the Duomo and the Castle which is helpful.Really enjoyed my stay there. Would stay there again whenever I am in Milano.
Disliked: Breakfast was limiting to us as we eat Halal and the eggs where in the same hot display as the pork bacon. But to be fair we did not point it out to the staff, and the bakery options were delicious.
