I like the location very...

Liked: Very friendly staff. I like the location. Not in the centre, but an exceptional view. Beautiful building.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Bad

Disliked: We were two people deciding to sleep one night in this place. We arrived the night at 1:00 am in front of the hotel and we called the receptionist to open us the parking elevator. He welcomed us with no facial expressions leaving us wondering and he was also cold with us. We entered in a elevator of car and we were not confortable, he just sited there looking and not even asking us from where we are coming or small talk. Arrived to the underground we parked the car, took our bagage and then around us was dark and the receptionist disappeared, 1AM alone in a dark place with no info on where to go, how to check in and the responsable absent. I cried and was anxious and thought of the bad scenarios such as : scam, traffic, danger.My partner then called the receptionist and asked him where was he all this time. He then came and told us to go with him down with elevator but we judged that this place mad us both scared and we managed to go out and left the hotel in search for another.I don’t advice this hotel to no one.

Liked: terrace view was great. ok value for money. bathroom was very clean. staff is very helpful
Disliked: we asked for a large bed but we were given two beds linked to each other.
